This machine has a single spindle with a tool magazine controlled by a computer and can be used for processing any material in the non-metallic field. The double table can place different parts for simultaneous processing and can be used as matching workpieces.
The multi-tool magazine can do sawing, drilling, milling, grooving, male and female tenons at the same time. Non-metallic materials can be processed at the same time. It is a non-directional all-round computer integrated machining center.
It is suitable for processing cast wooden models, composite materials, aerospace, high-speed rail interior and filling materials, furniture dining chair parts, bedroom (room group) furniture five-dimensional complex parts full three-dimensional processing. 5. Technical Description
Fuselage structure: Heavy rigid structure: Thick steel plates and high-strength horizontal line components minimize the deformation of the fuselage caused by the previous processing. The crossbeams are welded with heavy H steel and steel plates, and the base is made of square steel or steel plates with a wall thickness of 10-20MM. Ensure that each machine is annealed! (Few domestic manufacturers can do this!)
Axis movement: High-precision ball screw and pre-installed nut are used to compensate for backlash and ensure the accuracy of repeated positioning. Power is transmitted to the screw through mechanical nodes.
Axial drive: Adopt Taiwan's new generation large inertia AC servo motor, the world's top control method - bus absolute value control. There is a digital interface between the CNC device and the axial drive.
Axial movement rails: All axial movements use precision linear guides.
Central lubrication system: All guide rails, sliders and lead screws are integrated into the central lubrication system.
CNC system: control system based on industrial computers. It adopts the new generation of Taiwan Synology (Windows real-time system), which highlights the real-time function. The equipment is directly controlled by the industrial computer without any other hardware. Since the software controlling the equipment runs directly on the personal computer instead of a specific hardware device, the system structure becomes simpler, ensuring higher performance and reliability.
6. Five-axis programming software
It supports multiple types of highly flexible 5-axis programming software, which can be used to write CNC programs according to drawings and to generate flexible CNC codes according to the requirements of processing samples.
The post-processor provided for ALPHACAM, UG, and PM programming software enables the machine to achieve the highest production efficiency in the simplest way, making programming simpler and easier to use.
